The Brimm celebrated its 20th year in business in 2017. With Teresa and son Brandon as the third owners. Choosing local ingredients like our free range fresh eggs, produce, herbs, cheese, BC wines and craft beers.
Teresa brings her love of food and over 30 years of experience to designing menus, and fresh flavours. She fits the needs and budgets of her guests with her honest, sit down approach over a cup of coffee or tea.
Brandon’s perspective offers humour, his love of anything BBQ, and frequent changes to our beers on tap.

Shoots with Roots began in 2003, as an intergenerational gardening program where local school-aged children learned side by side with volunteer garden mentors in our Children’s Food Garden.
The program has since expanded to include explorations of our local Douglas-fir forest, adventures in the Artist’s Garden, and a wide variety of hands-on learning activities throughout Milner Gardens & Woodland.
