Here at Islepaca Farms we package our Binky’s Beans on site and distribute directly to you, the garden enthusiast. All our beans are sun dried, hand selected and are free from rocks and vegetable matter. Using alpaca/llaama manure as fertilizer is a great idea. Even though it has a lower organic content alpaca/llama manure is still considered a rich soil conditioner. Easy to use, spread the whole or ground beans around the base of the plant. The smaller burlap bags are extremely popular are perfect for making ‘Alpaca Tea.’

I forage the woods of Vancouver Island for wild mushrooms, which I then dehydrate and jar – no plastic bags here folks! My foraged mushrooms include chanterelles, hedgehogs, lobsters, pines, cauliflower and turkey tail. I also cultivate lion’s mane, pink, yellow and blue oysters and reishi. I sell these separately, many in both regular and large sizes, and as well I make a mixed mushroom medley, for the best mushroom soup ever.
My son gathers chaga for me from the Prince George area and with it I make a couple of tea products, including ground – tea ball-ready chaga and what I call Super T Plus, which is a combination of ground chaga, turkey tail and lion’s mane mushroom.
