Participant Applications for the February 2022 Event (2021 Event Cancelled)
There are THREE types of Participant applications. Please select the type that suits you.
1. Link to February 4, 2017, and later RETURNING* participant online application. >>> (Note: payment is not necessary to submit an application). * This form is only for Feb. 4th, 2017, Feb. 3rd, 2018, or Feb. 2nd, 2019 registered participants. Why? Because we already have the base information for these participants, but not for any earlier-than-2017 participants, or, of course, any new participants.
NOTE: Want to apply now, but pay online later? No problem. Apply now, then you can use this PayPal payment link to pay online later.
(Please DO NOT pay online unless you have submitted an application for the February 1st, 2020 event!
We must know for which participant/business the credit/payment belongs.)

2. Link to NEW or a PREVIOUS* participant online application with immediate or deferred* online payment through PayPal.>>> (Note: payment is not necessary to submit an application. Also, when paying, no PayPal account is required–Credit cards are accepted through the PayPal processing system. (* previous = prior to, and not registered for, the 2017 or a later event).
NOTE that your acceptance as a participant is only granted (or not) after payment is received–in all cases. If you choose to pay later, first submit an online application, then you can use this PayPal link to pay online later. (Please DO NOT pay online unless you have submitted an application for the February 1st, 2020 event! We have to know for which participant/business the credit/payment belongs, plus we need the application information so that we can build a business profile in our online directory.)

3. MAIL-IN PDF APPLICATION for all participants. (New, pre-2017 participants, and post-2017 participants)
METHOD NUMBER ONE:

- SIGN, DATE, PRINT, and
MAIL with your payment–cheque, money order (please, no cash)

Please note that submitting an application does not ensure acceptance!
Lori (Pross), our Participant Coordinator, will contact you shortly after she receives your submission–usually within hours, but it could be a day or so.
